How to use BIO CBD OIL: Low and Slow! Our Bio CBD is water-soluble. Pump the desired dose into a glass of water, juice, tea or coffee and stir.
Initial dosage: 1 pump will dispense approximately 0.2ml of the formula which provides 8mg of CBD.
Adjusting your dosage: As the effects of CBD can vary from individual to individual, we suggest you experiment to find the best dose for you. Begin by taking 1 pump a day in a drink of your choice. Increase your initial dosage of 1 pump per day to 2 or more, until you find what works best for you. Keep a detailed journal of your progress.
How to use our CBD topical patches:
- Place one CBD topical patch on a dry and hairless spot around the affected area or upper arm.
- Slightly press the patch onto the skin for about 5 seconds.
- Remove the CBD patch after 12-36 hours or once the ink has faded.
